TASTING NOTES

With a  beautiful intensity, the nose reveals aromas of white fleshed fruits and delightful notes of citrus and spice.
In the mouth, the round and supple attack develops a magnificent palette of fruity and exotic flavours.

GRAPE HARVEST

Hand harvest in small volume crates at the beginning of September.

VINE GROWING

The management of the vineyard is extremely rigorous. Everything is done by hand. The preservation of nature and the respect of the terroir are our priorities.

WINEMAKING

Destemming followed by 12 hours skin maceration. Pneumatic pressing with juice selection.
Fermentation and maturation for 5 months on total lees.
Malolactic fermentation on 20% of the volume.

ALCOHOL

14,00°.

TERROIR

Clay-silica exposed southeast.

GRAPE VARIETY

Gros Manseng – Lauzet.

YIELD

55 hl / hectare.
