Quatuor is a blend of the best of each cuvée from the estate's mellow range. It is the expression of all the aromatic richness of the harvest from October to the end of December.

TASTING NOTES

The nose evokes a complex palette of aromas ranging from pineapple to apricot, vineyard peach, candied fruit and quince paste. The powerful mouth is ample and generous. An exceptionally long and intense finish distinguishes this great wine.

VINE GROWING

The cultivation of the vine is extremely rigorous. Everything is done by hand. The preservation of nature and the respect of the terroir are our priorities.

GRAPE HARVEST

Hand harvested from October to the end of December.

WINEMAKING AND MATURATION

Direct pressing.  Fermentation and ageing in 1 year old barrels.

TERROIR

Clay-silica exposed southeast.

GRAPE VARIETY

100 % Petit Manseng.

25 hl / hectare.

FOOD MATCH

Simply served as an aperitif with pan-fried foie gras or a fine dessert.
