TASTING NOTES
The nose evokes a complex palette of aromas ranging from pineapple to apricot, vineyard peach, candied fruit and quince paste. The powerful mouth is ample and generous. An exceptionally long and intense finish distinguishes this great wine.

VINE GROWING
The cultivation of the vine is extremely rigorous. Everything is done by hand. The preservation of nature and the respect of the terroir are our priorities.

Hand harvested from October to the end of December.

Direct pressing. Fermentation and ageing in 1 year old barrels.
