TASTING NOTES

For early drinking enjoyment, accessible from the first year, Boléro is a delicious marriage between two periods of Petit Manseng harvest. The result is a ballet of fresh and exotic aromas that harmonizes perfectly with the aromatic display from beautiful maturity. With a subtle balance, the mouth will seduce you by offering a cocktail of delicious freshness.

VINE GROWING

The management of the vineyard is extremely rigorous. Everything is done by hand. The preservation of nature and the respect of the terroir are our priorities.

GRAPE HARVEST

The sun-drenched grapes are picked in small crates in two periods, mid-October and mid-November.

WINEMAKING & MATURATION

Destemming followed by skin maceration for 12 hours for the first harvest and direct pressing for the second with selection of the juice. Fermented and aged in 3 to 4 year old barrels for 8 months.

FOOD MATCH

Of great refinement as an aperitif, it combines perfectly with a fruit salad. Highly distinguished.
