La Canopée

THE GREAT DRY IS BORN!
From the visual examination, the richness of this wine appears through its pretty golden color. The nose is at first musky, spicy then opens on aromas of raisins, medlar and quince to finish after airing on notes of candied apples and pineapple.

La Canopée

TASTING NOTES

On visual examination, the richness of this wine is evident through its pretty golden color. The nose is at first musky and spicy then opens with aromas of raisins, medlar and quince. Finish after aeration with notes of candied apple and pineapple. The lively and full mouthfeel sets the tone of a generous and slender wine. Tasty and powerful, the mid-palate develops with notes of honey, finely stewed ripe fruit, smoky and spicy notes. The end of mouth settles with an explosion of flavours where citrus fruits dominate and bring a lot of vivacity.
