TASTING NOTES
The nose expresses both citrus fruits, yellow fleshed fruits, spice, ripe and candied fruits. The palate is ample and elegant with an array of noble aromas and very complex flavours.
A wine with a unique personality underlined by magnificent freshness and great length, the signature of great dry white wines.

VINE GROWING
The cultivation of the vine is extremely rigorous. Everything is done by hand. The preservation of nature and the respect of the terroir are our priorities.
GRAPE HARVEST
Harvested by hand from September to November.
WINEMAKING
Direct wine pressing. Fermentation in vats and barrels.
WINE MATURATION
On lees with stirring for 10 months.

TERROIR
Clay-silica exposed to the southeast.
