TASTING NOTES
On the nose, the aromatic expression is very intense and youthful. Ripe apricot, praline preserved medlar and roast citrus. The palate has beautiful balance, lively yet soft at the same time with toasted almost chocolate notes that never end.

Clay-silicate with 39% clay. Narrow and steep valley, exposed full south
VARIETY
Petit Manseng harvested the second half of December with successive sortings (3 to 4). The grapes are raisined, shrivelled by the sun and the frost, preserved by time. The juice is extremely swee,t rich and flavoursome.
